Pretty interesting (& surprising) that it took three men from NW Seismic under two hours (prep time included) to secure the foundation of this house to the concrete with 'Simpson UFP's' every six feet using a few drills. We are officially 'retrofitted & seismically updated!'
The best part though, during this incredibly wet winter was hearing that the crawlspace is dry as a bone & the cleanest they'd seen without a cobweb in sight. TOTAL COST: $2,500
