Pretty interesting (& surprising) that it took three men under two hours (prep time included) to secure the foundation of this house to the concrete with 'Simpson UFP's' every six feet using a few drills. We are officially 'retrofitted & seismically updated!'
The best part though, during this incredibly wet winter was hearing that the crawlspace is dry as a bone & the cleanest they'd seen without a cobweb in sight.
